These 24-inch foam edge protectors are molded from expanded polystyrene (EPS) and engineered to seat firmly along panel edges during transit and storage. The 2.25" x 2.25" interior channel grips product edges without slipping, while the tapered exterior profile fits snugly inside corrugated boxes, reducing void space and preventing shifting.
The non-abrasive EPS surface will not scratch or mar finished or delicate materials, making these protectors well suited for furniture, framed artwork, cabinetry, glass panels, appliances, and industrial equipment. At 24 inches, each piece delivers extended linear coverage for longer items that shorter corner protectors cannot adequately span.
Each case contains 150 protectors and weighs approximately 11.87 lbs, supporting practical handling and replenishment in fulfillment centers, manufacturing facilities, and distribution environments. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
