18 x 18" Chipboard Pads

These 18 x 18 inch chipboard pads are manufactured to a 22-point (.022 inch) caliper from recycled paper fiber, delivering firm, consistent rigidity in a square format sized to fit standard carton footprints. The uniform thickness makes them dependable for applications requiring predictable stiffness without added bulk.

Chipboard pads serve as layer dividers between stacked product in master cartons, carton caps to distribute top-load pressure, box liners to guard contents from box-cutter blades during opening, and flat stiffeners inserted into envelopes or parcels containing documents, prints, or thin rigid goods. They are widely used in e-commerce fulfillment, print distribution, manufacturing, and retail replenishment operations.

Each case contains 250 pads and ships via parcel carrier. The recycled fiber construction keeps unit weight low — approximately 0.179 lbs per pad — making the format practical for high-volume packing lines where handlers process large quantities per shift.
