These 8 1/2" x 11" chipboard pads are manufactured to a 22 point (.022") thickness from solid recycled paperboard, delivering consistent rigidity and a flat, firm surface in a standard letter-size footprint. The construction resists flex under load while adding minimal weight to outbound shipments.
These pads serve as envelope stiffeners for document mailers, layer pads between stacked products, top-cap inserts inside cartons, and interleaving sheets during pick-and-pack operations.
