8 1/2 x 14" Heavy-Duty Chipboard Pads

These 8 1/2 x 14 inch chipboard pads are manufactured to a 30 point thickness using recycled kraft fiberboard, delivering firm, consistent rigidity without the bulk or added cost of corrugated board. The flat profile and reliable stiffness make them a practical alternative to heavier insert materials wherever a lightweight but rigid pad is needed.

Typical applications include stiffening envelopes and poly mailers, separating stacked product layers to prevent contact damage, protecting carton top layers from box cutters during unboxing, and serving as rigid backing inserts in retail or e-commerce shipments. Each case contains 575 pads. The 30 point kraft construction keeps individual pad weight low, making cases manageable for line workers and easy to stage at pack stations. Cases ship via parcel carrier, so standard case quantities can be replenished without special delivery arrangements.
