This 20-inch wide, 4,500-foot VCI machine stretch film is built at 100 gauge with volatile corrosion inhibitors embedded directly into the film matrix. The VCI chemistry releases vapor-phase inhibitors that form a protective molecular layer on metal surfaces, preventing oxidation during storage and transit without requiring additional coatings, desiccants, or rust-preventive oils.
